He wrecked her apartment, and she hired a repair crew to fix his mess. I, too, had to hire an outside handyperson to repair his shoddy work. His strategy is to give you an estimate quickly and affordably, but he refuses to sign anything. He gets the cheapest material from Home Depot to use in your home. He takes shortcuts to finish, runs to the next project, and ignores customers who constantly call him to finish the work. He changes his number continually, so he cannot be reached. The last I saw my neighbor, she would take him to court. YOU HAVE BEEN WORN!
