They didn't even acknowledge the issue, Dr. Li abruptly released her "for complaining", which was the reason I was given. This time I reported him for Medicare Fraud. I have no use or respect for a "doctor" who takes advantage of the elderly! So BEWARE if he is "treating" your parent at a facility and make sure you actually get the service he is billing your insurance for.

He was fabulous! 2) I just had Vein Surgery on both my right and left legs on the Great Saphenous Vein. The initial visit impressed me; then the day of the first surgery I was further impressed. Dr. Rodriguez is terrifically knowledgeable & experienced. She explains what she is doing during the surgery which definitely reduced my anxiety about it. Adding on to those two reasons: this is a brand-spanking new office. It is bright and clean. The staff knows their jobs.

Saw Dr Rodriquez because no one called to let me know my doctor was no longer there. She was very busy. I had fractured my foot. Took an xray. Put me in a boot. Wanted me to come back every two weeks...bones don't heal that fast...went elsewhere for proper xray...was told come back in six weeks... The other doctors that have worked there leave to go elsewhere so a revolving door is not a good sign and a definite sign of bad management. They lied about one doctor I know who moved elsewhere telling me she had retired. And about the doctor who I was seeing, who was really great, they told me he had been arrested. I called the sheriffs department to confirm and NO he had not been arrested. Seriously WTF. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Wish I could find him. If he was still there they would have given more stars.

The inserts they sent back to me were for somebody else; entirely too big and were like putting lifts the heels of my shoes. And that's going to cause an even bigger problem. I refused them and made an appointment to see the doctor. I waited for over an hour for my appointment only to be told every half that it would be another half an hour and then it be another half an hour. I never did get to see the doctor today and I told them I want the $350 back because they're never going to get the inserts done before I have to leave for the summer. I'm going to find another foot doctor that maybe will take my issue seriously. I'm very disappointed and feel like I've done nothing but waste my time and money. 5/25/16 I did receive a refund of $350.00 as per the conversation with the doctor and has now been credited to my card. The doctor is a really nice man and I feel that had he a better support system with his staff he could be beyond awesome. The company that manufactures the inserts are also to blame because they created a problem either way they designed the inserts. So now I have a new problem to deal with as well as the old problem. The physical therapy part is great and I do get some benefit from that but I still feel like my feet could use some help. I'm at the point of leaving Saint Augustine entirely and going to a larger city in the state just so I can find the care I need for everything including my feet.

I am extremely disappointed. I have gone to Dr. Northrop for a bad knee. The last time was 3 months…read moreago. He has been pushing for me to have a total knee replacement utilizing his robotic approach. I found out that Physical Therapy would be helpful for me to build up the muscles around my knee. He has never suggested it. So I called his office. They said he needed to see me. I explained I saw him 3 months ago. His PA insisted I see him again. When I pressed why he wanted to see me she said he wanted to go over what kind of physical therapy I will need. I told her I will not pay $80 for an appointment when the Physical Therapy place knows what to do. All I needed was a script. She then said that my insurance won't pay for PT since I saw the doctor three months ago. I told her I was not going though insurance for the PT. Then they gave me another story and said maybe something has changed with my knee in the past 3 months. I have had 2 sets of X-Rays over a year and nothing has changed. When she exhausted her reasons for seeing me she put me on with another woman who said they must see me. I am done with Dr. Northrop. Obviously my $80 is of utmost importance to him. Beware!!!!!!
