Treatment is typically very good, and this was consistent at Mattie's recent visit. Scheduling is…read morea nightmare. It is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain Gentle Dental as a provider with the scheduling issues. The first is availability. We are limited to specific days, and that is fine except when an appointment is made it is critical to maintain that time. This recent appointment was nearly a 30 minute wait after the appointment time. We had to move another appointment due to a miscommunication in scheduling; I asked for the same appointment times, and they were actually staggered. A previous appointment was staggered by just 30 minutes, yet my appointment (30 minutes prior) was completed before one of my boys started their appointment, a net wait of nearly 50 minutes!! And totally defeated the point of scheduling together. We also had an emergency with Nathan at Oral Surgery Associates, and struggled to get a follow up appointment for him within the timeframe necessary. When we first started coming, we loved the people at your clinic. We stay for the same reason. Logistically, we may need to make a change to accommodate our busy schedules. My rating would be a FIVE if not for the scheduling and past billing issues. My rating is still a FOUR because I know the core group at Gentle Dental is professional, skilled, and a great group of people.
