Plus sent me a form to fill out via email, which I stated my concerns. When it came time for my appointment, they did X-rays and for some reason cleaned my teeth that I wanted removed. When the dentist comes in, she states we no longer make dentures here. Well $400 dollars later, they refer me some where else. It's too bad they couldn't be honest and tell me this when I was making the appointment, as they knew my reason for calling in the first place. kinda sad that they charged my Husband over $100 less than I was charged. Just doesn't seem right!!! If you want new denture, don't call here!!! They won't tell you on the phone that they no longer have these services available.

He was rough, made no follow up care plans, caused more pain than relief, and was just interested in getting done and getting out. Once he realized he wasn't going to upsell me on an uncovered service he was ready to be done. Rude man. Horrible experience.

Much anxiety going in as anyone who knows my past would expect, but... I have to say this experience has changed my mind on dentistry as a whole. Very nice, professional, and the way the doctor and assistant Jami worked together was like watching a TV Show on Dentistry At It's Best! Seriously I was numbed with a gel, which made me not even feel the needle which also numbed me for the procedure. I never felt a thing the whole time, they explained what they were doing during the entire time and to watch those two worked together shows how passionate they are at what they do! Today is the day after the procedure and I honestly can say I'm not in any pain, there's no swelling and if I have to get another root canal... I think it's pretty obvious where I'm going and I'm not even worried, it's been pretty comical telling people at work I had a root canal yesterday because apparently it's a bad experience for people, or they are just going to the wrong place!!!

In addition to this they worked way to fast and made some mistakes and cut my cheek, I tried calling the office to speak to a nurse but they just tried to tell me that they had to make a cut in my gum but neglected to believe that they cut my cheek and now I have a spot where if I pull on my cheek air will push out of the void. At the end of the day I know I'm not a expert and they are the "trained" professionals but it just seems like they work to fast and don't care about you after the surgery. I would have left a lower review but my teeth did come out so they could have done worse.
