I recently had two wisdom teeth removed and an implant placed by Dr. Ratliff at OMSA. What was…read moreexpected to be a routine procedure ended up being more complex and time-consuming, but I was in the best hands throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, the staff's attentiveness and kindness stood out. Team members came into the waiting room offering coffee and tea to my husband and other drivers--such a thoughtful touch. When it was time for discharge, they invited my husband back to thoroughly walk him through the post-op instructions so we felt fully informed and supported. What truly impressed me was their follow-up. I received calls and texts to check in on my recovery. When I experienced significant pain, they brought me back in immediately--no delay, no hassle--and I was able to speak with Dr. Ratliff directly. That level of responsiveness is rare. As a Human Resources Director overseeing more than 100 ambulatory surgery centers across the country, I spend a lot of time in and out of facilities. I've already told my teams: they could take a lesson from OMSA. This was truly patient-centered care at its best.

I had already healed from the major pathologies before coming to Deeper Healing, and my purpose here was to stay in healing and focus on rebuilding my gut, brain, adrenal, and endocrine systems. My expectations have been met in every way. True healing is a journey. Chronic illness is like peeling an onion, layer after layer, and it takes work, patience, and real commitment from the patient as well. You have to understand the process, be invested, and be all in if you want to get better. Hard work never comes easy, but it is worth it. I also have to say that my favorite part of the entire experience has been ART. I adore Dr. Klinghardt, who is a pioneer in the Lyme world, and seeing his work applied so precisely and effectively has been incredible. I am finally feeling hope, strength, and clarity again. Deeper Healing has been life changing, and I cannot recommend them enough.

This visit marks almost the end of a six month journey with Dr. Carroll who looked after me when I had trouble with my knees. He is a phenomenal physician who spends time ( as much as you want) with the patient. He truly listens and thoroughly explains all of the physical changes occurring in the joint along with an array of options. The education I received from him is truly outstanding. He does not rush to operate he weighs up all the pros and cons and truly works with the patient. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He is down to earth easy to talk to and takes all the time you want during an office visit. He is available Monday Wednesday Friday for office hours, doing surgeries on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Today was a visit to have a tooth pulled in preparation for an implant. Dr. Laro along with his assistant Cheri went over the entire procedure as a first step. Assured me of comfort and that actually began with the numbing process. It was done smoothly and without even a pin stick of discomfort. Work started on the tooth extraction and in a fairly short time Dr. Laro said, "that's it!" I was totally surprised as I never felt any discomfort or pain. The follow on care was thoroughly explained and I left with my medication and instructions bag. In there was also applesauce and chocolate pudding as comfort food. Great practice. Great people.

My NP only shared basic information that can be found online and refused to state whether she personally recommended the vaccine. During a measles outbreak in this state, that lack of guidance felt irresponsible. My parents' views were not challenged, and nothing changed. I left feeling unsafe, not advocated for, and completely unheard. I have lost trust in this clinic to prioritize patient safety, especially for minors who cannot make medical decisions for themselves. Additionally, it is not typical for an entire clinic to be staffed solely by nurse practitioners. Most healthcare clinics include at least one medical doctor to ensure an appropriate level of medical training and oversight.
