I decided to give them my full confidence for a chronic ankle sprain that just wouldn't go away. The laser treatment was really helpful and they did a set of custom orthotics that are really much better than the off-the-shelf stuff and others I had made before. Their appointments are on time and they don't make you wait around like many other places. They also collect shoes for those in need, glad to see the giving back to community attitude.

Dr Jacob Silverstone - you are amazing. I thank god I came to you. Very caring, explaining everything. You did an awesome job, I've had this medical procedure done before - you were the first where the recovery pain from others was a 7-8 (very painful), to yours being a 2 to a 3 (just a slight discomfort once in a while), I'm amazed at the quality, expertise, and experience. Most importantly, if I didn't mention, lack of pain. Doc listened very carefully to what I had going on, calmed me down, took care of me, after the procedure explained the after care. Dr Jacob Silverstone is a Star!!! If you ever need this done again (an ingrown toenail removal) or any foot care, I highly recommend making the drive to see this doc!!!

My primary doctor recommended Dr. Abrantes and I made the appointment for 11am on 12/20/22 was told to be there at least 15 minutes before to fill out the paperwork. I, being prompt and not wanting to waste anyone's time, was there at exactly 10:43 am. After filling out the paperwork I was lead into the examination room at around 11:30am. I answered the assistant's questions and she told me the doctor would be in to see me shortly. Mind you, there were only 2 people ahead of me at 10:43am. After 1.5 hours the same assistant came in and told me she was sorry for the delay but the doctor would be in shortly. At 12:43pm I told the assistant I was leaving, never having seen the doctor. I lost the entire work day. I told the assistant this was a total lack of respect for me and my time. I also told my primary doctor she shouldn't recommend this person. Unless you have nothing to do in your life don't go to this doctor.

I went today for an ingrown nail which I've been dealing with for years, I finally decided to seek professional help. The staff, specially the gentleman in the front is a sweetheart, the office is perfectly located and great parking spots! The wait time was a bit insane, but honestly I would do it again for the service. I was scared of the procedure, but both the nurse and Dr. Caban explained throughly what was going to be done. He completed the procedure so quickly and so carefully, I can't get over it, so hassle free. Point is, if you need anything foot/ankle related this is the place to go and I can't recommend it anymore. Probably one of the best doctor experiences I have had. You can truly tell when a doctor does what he does with joy or just to complete a task, Dr. Caban killed it. Thank you so much.
