He treated me like family from my very first appointment and he's great with kids which was very important for me because I didn't want to have to bring them to a separate pediatric dentist. He is very honest about dental work, if you need something done he will explain all the options and the cost/benefit of each and he never tries to convince you to get an expensive procedure done if he thinks a more conservative approach will work, even though he does do amazing cosmetic work. My daughter had veneers done by Dr. B and they look like she was born with perfect natural teeth. He is also very mindful of people like me who are in tight financial situations. After my first visit when I was a complete stranger he let me pay off my bill over time and he didn't charge interest or use an outside financing company which was great because my teeth were horrible and needed a lot of work done. If I had to find one flaw with Dr. Buzzanco's office it might be that your appointment will sometimes run later or you will have to wait longer to be seated, but its not a huge wait and the reason is probably because he takes the time to talk to his patients and treat them like family. The one time I was running on a tight schedule I told the girls at the check in desk that I had to leave by a certain time and they made sure I got out in time. Overall, I couldn't imagine a better dentist. My old dentist in Connecticut did great work on my wife but we later found out that a lot of it was unnecessary. With Dr. B I never worry that I'm being taken advantage of and I feel in control of my treatment because he always lays out every available option.

He goes out of his way to help keep my teeth intact - he does the least amount of work necessary to fix any dental problems I have. Less drilling, and saves me money. I saw Dr. Levintov twice over the last two years for two wisdom tooth extractions. Both times the experience was great. The most recent extraction was super quick, I thought he just started and it was over already! No pain either time! Nobody likes to go to the dentist or oral surgeon, but Dr. Levintov and his staff are super nice and down to earth, you almost forget you're going to get work done. His knowledge speaks volumes as well. I'd give them all more than 5 stars if I could.

Decided to go.instead of making me come in for two different appointments one for an exam and one for the extraction, they told me they could do everything in one visit. I wanted sedation. The office staff was very accommodating,kind, informative, spotless and everything was explained upfront. Dr Levintov came in, he went over my x-ray with me, explained it all and saw that I was very nervous. Before I knew it I was asleep and awake. I had absolutely no pain afterwards. I was in shock. I've had many extractions and always have pain after. You should have no hesitation in using this office. He is an excellent surgeon and someone I will be using in the future if need be.

I talked to Laurie here after tentatively scheduling a first visit and her customer service was exceptional. She put me at ease and I immediately knew that this practice was honest and was actually excited to visit them. The staff and Dr. Torregrossa were great; they know how to put you at ease and have a great convo while they are also cleaning and assessing your dental health. When I decided to have a tooth extracted in the upper back area of my mouth; they presented me with a multi step treatment plan (many thousands of dollars) at which point I communicated that I had no intent to get implants etc because the gap would not be visible. Come surgery day, my surgeon went ahead and did a bone graft anyway. At the end of my follow up appointment a couple weeks later, the office manager pulled me aside and demanded over $800 additional for the bone graft. I communicated that I did not agree to that, had communicated my intentions earlier, and had only scheduled the appointment for the extraction. She quickly offered me a discount on the next step of the process (which hints to me that she knew they over reached) and I instead stated I should be discounted for the bone graft that I didn't ask for. She didn't budge, so I just paid up and found a new dentist immediately. Going to the dentist is stressful enough, the office shouldn't cause their patients undue financial strain on top of it. I was up front that I wanted extraction only and they performed extra work anyway. You can shake me down for the $800 since it's advisable to get a bone graft anyway, but it should be at a time of my choosing, not yours. If SDA reads this - a little communication and not making assumptions goes a long way!
