They're encouraging and simply, very welcoming, helpful and great people, that just want to make this experience as feasible as possible for you and they do. My former consultations for removal of two badly impacted wisdom teeth was not favorable at all. Long story short, one surgeon simply turned me away and another presented an option that seemed more complicated than I liked. The assistant was great and put me at ease by telling me that Dr.Richman is very good at what he does and she entrusted her own loved ones in his hands. Everything, from the day of consult and surgery through recovery has been great. The staff followed up with me and gave me any take home materials I would need. It's only been months now, so we are cautiously optimistic this will now hold. I want to, on behalf of my husband, thank the Dr and staff at Clear Choice for making things right for us.
