Also after Dr.Lubin already started some major work , when I was scheduled to come back for her to finish I could hear her in the other room telling EVA she's not sure about moving forward with the job. ARE YOU SERIOUS!! Only to find out from a specialist, there was no need for the oral surgery to begin with. I think they are in it strictly for the $$$ & I finally got tired of being their guinea pig. Sorry I do not recommend! I have a very small face and features and very little room in my mouth so everyone kept reminding me of what a "challenge" this would be. When I met Dr. Carroll, he was maybe dentist number 13 or 14 I'd seen since I was 18 in trying to find someone who was A. honest, and B. not wanting to file down my good teeth with veneers. When we arrived a lady had us fill out the paperwork. A hygienist took a full set of xrays of my wife and me. Then Dr. Bistritz examined both of us. Then told us that he is not in network and doesnt accept our insurance. I aske why weren't we told this before, no answer. The price we were given was $6500 for my wife and $27,700 for me. We said we would think about it and get back to him. The next day Dr. Bistritz.called me and said that "I only get this type of behavior from Israely people and your type of people. I had a severe infection, and initially it seemed like my situation might not be treatable immediately. I was sent home with antibiotics, but the pain became unbearable and I knew I couldn't wait. When Dr. Cabrera saw me, she gently asked, "On a scale from 1 to 10, how bad is your pain?" I told her 15 -- and she could clearly see the despair on my face. She immediately stepped in with compassion, confidence, and expertise. She administered several injections to numb the area and help control the pain while the antibiotics began reducing the infection. I explained that I had an important work trip coming up in just a few days and absolutely had to attend. Without hesitation, she did everything possible to treat me quickly and properly. The level of professional care she provided was beyond anything I could have hoped for. By the time she completed the procedure, I felt so relieved that I told her I was ready to go straight into my root canal. My treatment started at noon and wasn't finished until 6 PM -- a long, intense day -- but I was cared for every step of the way. The follow-up appointments were just as thorough and professional. She made sure I was healing properly and that my pain was completely under control. Dr. Cabrera didn't just treat my tooth -- she treated me with empathy, urgency, and true dedication. But his office and office staff are up to no good. What do I mean? Primarily, their billing practices are unethical and shady. When my wife and I were patients for, roughly, a 12 month time frame we were getting "Explanation of Benefits" from our insurance provider monthly. These indicated that there were constant billings against my dental insurance for their office to get paid. These were falsely filed claims that either my wife or myself were at their office receiving services each and every month. I might not floss on the regs but I certainly don't need monthly dental visits. Once I caught on to this scam I notified the office manager that we'd no longer be patients due to their fraudulent billing practices. The office manager was really concerned about their customer service and made an offer to me in the practice of customer retention: If I were to remove my family as patients that we'd have several hundred dollars in "co-pay" balances that they claim to have never levied against me. If I stayed a patient, we'd continue to have no balance. Right... Side Bar: I've never received of bill for these fees. Currently, I've received 3 new Explanation of Benefits for 3 separate services at his office in 2013. After not having been a patient or even having any contact with this office in almost a year and half, they started billing against my insurance again! I've contacted my insurance provider to advise of this fraud and to have my "used" benefits restored to their correct values. Dr. Nullman's office simply excused themselves and said "We've got two William J.'s. We must have billed the wrong one." Convenient... Steer clear of these cons. I think it's time Dr. Nullman gets a overhauled office staff.

The doctor not only has a big knowledge about the job he does, he is kind and humility; definitely he is not one of those doctors who make a drama about the patient dental condition only to get more money. All the girls team are super friendly, since the first day they made us feel so comfortable; as much that we would like keeping them as our dental office forever. My mouth was a disaster and the doctor never made me feel ashamed; he always gave me support telling me that everything has solution so here I go improving my oral health . ... I put my son in their hands too, they treat him wonderfully and his dental treatment is also going great ... ... each of the girls is polite and does their job in a fantastic way ....
