Let's start by stating I've yet to step a foot in the door of this dental practice and I probably…read morenever will. I called and made several appointments for my family plus my parents total of five appointments the first three appointments I spoke to a very nice person on the phone. We were laughing and talking and made the appointments and I felt very comfortable with my new choice of Dentist however all that changed on my second phone call to this practice the first phone call. I spoke with Tara. She's had some bad reviews however she was very pleasant and I enjoyed speaking with her. The second person I spoke with her name was Angela. When I called to make the other two appointments and to confirm my first three she was very kind, ascending downright nasty and spoke to me like I was a child. The phone was breaking up, so I cannot hear the dates when I went back to ask her the dates again very nasty talking fast over talking me downright rude. I had to call about the next day to reschedule because someone in my family needed to go to see their primary care doctor on the same date which we had scheduled first. Angela stated to me in a very nasty voice. If you don't have these papers complete by 4 o'clock today, we will not see Va***.." Angela stated well you best or I'm canceling the appointment" I got it. Then I proceeded to ask for a new appointment date you would've thought I asked to give me her first born child the way she was so nasty. I just can't explain to you how rude this person was. I suggest if you need a Dentist to look elsewhere because the front office is usually who you deal with and at this point, I do not need to go into the office. I'm sure the dentist are great Dentist in capable of doing a great job, but you have to get past the bitch at the front desk Angela after all this was said and done. I called back my final time and canceled all appointments for my family. That's a lot of cash from your practice from us and my insurance companies. To the Dentist of the practice, there's a lot of people out here who needs jobs who are very happy to go to work and very pleasant on the phone. I trust you get more than 2 1/2 stars if you get rid of Angela and hire someone who had a passion for their job and who understoods customer service if that doesn't work for you, Mr. Dentist or Ms, Dentist perhaps you can send Angela to some customer service training she definitely needs it. I'm sorry for such a bad review but it's just the truth. These are not our hometown folks from Lake Park and Indian Trail. I don't know where the heck Angela came from but she needs to go back whether that be South Carolina North Carolina. It doesn't matter where she came from but should go back to her place, where they accept rudeness, sarcasm, condescending, people. The end... No need to respond, it's over. Just wanted to let everyone know to find another place to get your teeth cleaned. One last thing if you schedule a cleaning, your first appointment is a consultation where they tell you how much i It's going to be because your teeth are in horrific shape. it could be anywhere from 4000 $12,000 then you come back for your cleaning if you can afford it after your insurance or no insurance takes over.
