I came here yesterday as a walk-in because I needed an Urgent Care facility. I read Yelp reviews…read moreprior, and was hesitant to even go in since reviews warned about ridiculously long wait times. I called prior to going in and spoke to Aphrodite, who was very helpful and told me that if I got there within a half hour, I would probably have about a 30 minute wait. So calling ahead may be a good bet to see just how much the wait would be for a walk-in. Upon arriving, I was given all paperwork quickly, signed in using the screen on the wall, and true to prediction, I was in a room within 30-45 minutes, which is better turnaround than I've had with an appointment at certain places. The waiting room is also stocked with magazines (and not with just medical pamphlets/medically themed magazines), which I always find helpful for passing the time. The nurse who saw me was lovely and extremely helpful, the doctor (or NP?) was in shortly thereafter, and my prescription was dialed in immediately to my pharmacy. While it was just a first experience, it was a good one, especially since Urgent Care can be so difficult to know what to expect. It may not always be this way, considering I came at 2 PM on a Thursday, but it was still a positive experience.

Since my appointment they have sent me 5 emails, 11 text messages and 1 letter in the mail. To clarify that's what they sent me AFTER my appointment because they sent me more before the appointment but I deleted those messages and emails. They are out of their minds that is an harassing amount of communication I find it to be so aggressive egregious and disgusting I will never return and I will write a review everywhere I can and also complain to my insurance company. DO NOT GO HERE

Have been taking my children to Dr. Stoller since moving to NJ 4 years ago. She is amazing! So…read moresmart and kind to my children. One of my children has very bad allergies and she is better at managing them than the allergist we used to see. The nurses are very friendly and the office is always clean (that's very important to me). I like the other doctors too, but prefer Dr. Stoller because of her genuine interest in my children.

He is administratively and technology challenged and he gets annoyed and agitated when you ask any questions about your treatment. He also never calls to tell you the results of your scans when they have been posted in the portal for over a week. Dr. Gu should not be patient facing as he is unable to explain anything about the treatments he is providing. When he finally blesses you with his presence (which is rare), he offers no useful information and only gives one word answers if you are lucky enough for him to even answer your question. I am surprised that MSK would tolerate this type of care from one of their doctors.

Angels in disguise…read more I have been sick for more than a week and finally went to the ER. Was treated HORRIBLY at the NYACK HOSPITAL ER. So I went to Best Care today and was immediately treated with respect and courtesy. Got in w/ barely a wait and was treated and on my way. The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating, especially for someone who doesn't have insurance. As you know, sometimes we are looked down upon or certain Dr.'s don't work with you on payment methods. They made sure there was a way for me to get seen and taken care of - you can tell they really care about what they do. The Doctor even gave me a LIST of what to do and not to do to get better instead of just reciting some 'do this don't do that blah blah blah' routine and sending me on my way. I will definitely be making this my new primary place for Doctor's visits. Whether minor emergency or general physical, I HIGHLY recommend them!

Her staff is sweet, professional and her office does not have that assembly line feel that has become quite commonplace. Dr. Parnes really cares and takes her time with you to discuss everything. I would be doing a disservice to myself and to others if I didn't share my opinion about the excellent care and experience I have received from Dr. Cindy Parnes and her entire staff. As a relatively new patient, Dr. Parnes kindly accepted me where several other doctors rejected me as a new patient. Having concerns regarding menopause and feeling too young to accept these changes, Dr. Parnes kindly and professionally addressed my concerns and came up with an effective game plan changing the course of my unhappy situation into one that continues change for the better. We are all unique and different and Dr. Parnes certainly evaluates her patients with that in mind. Her strong confidence, knowledge, and kindness leaves me feeling like I received the latest in medical trends and feeling secure that I am in good hands and the recipient of excellent care. In addition, Dr. Parnes has referred me to Dr. Nirman Tulsyan, a board-certified vascular surgeon. Along with age, menopause, teaching for 31 years, and working out with heavy weights, ugly spider veins became another concern that I didn't want to live with. Dr. Parnes was so enthusiastic to inform me that I did not have to and that insurance would most likely cover the procedure after an ultrasound was preformed. After meeting Dr. Tulsyan who traveled to the Montvale, NJ office to discuss my vein situation I eagerly signed up for the procedure continuing my quest for excellence and striving for total well being. Dr. Tulsyan's calming nature creates an excellent environment for those of us who can be a little apprehensive with the unknown. His excellent listening skills and approachable personality as well as his excellent team performed this procedure on me four times and each time I was confident knowing I was safe and well taken care of. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to be treated by these exceptional doctors.

I would like to suggest 3 things that did not happen for me: 1.) give family a contact point when a patient arrives so we don't have to spend time each day calling anyone whose name we could glean to get info. 2.) let family know if a therapist is on vacation! The main receptionist transferred me to the speech therapist 4 days in a row (where I left messages) w/o telling me that person was on vacation. 3.) make it clear to family who is in charge of what. I was trying to find out if my father is eating. I was bounced around to multiple people on a call and finally got a nurse, who told me I need to come there to see for myself. (I live a few hours away.) Not acceptable! I am sure everyone's doing their best but it was a pretty traumatic experience all in all.

This is TERRIBLE NEGLECT to the patients. This should never happen. In stead of rehabilitation they send patients back to the hospital to die. I urge anyone considering this rehab center to look elsewhere for a place that truly provides cleanliness, care and rehabilitation.
