This place is horrible. Find someplace else. They charge you multiple co payments for one visit…read more For example one co pay for the visit then another for whatever test they my run. The Dr is a pompus moron who tells you how great he is at every appt. The office is hectic and poorly managed. If you're in with the Dr people (sales people, the physical therapist, the office manager) just walk in and interupt. I have never been treated so poorly or unimportant by a Dr before. You are just a number here and it's the number in the Dr's bank account. It probably won't matter soon because in my opinion it's just a matter of time before this place gets closed down by the health dept for his prescribing habits.

Went for a first consultation with Dr. Ilan - the hand specialist because I've been having joint…read morepain in both thumbs for 2 weeks already. I had a 2:20 appointment so I showed up at 2:10. I was not seen until 3:30. Also, to make matters worse, the girl next to me in the waiting room was apparently scheduled for 2:30. I would have hoped to have more than 10 minutes with the doctor since it was my first appointment. In talking to this girl a bit, she said she waited THREE HOURS for her first appointment. The office itself is little dingy looking - there are lots of plants but they're all dying or dead. The carpet was dirty, but I found out that they're getting new carpet this week. The doctors were meeting with website logo designers and such in between patients - literally running back and forth to discuss the changes in the building's design/logo while patients were waiting right in front of them. As far as the doctor himself, I really can't comment much because after waiting over an hour and paying a $25 copay, he told me to just "give it time." He came highly recommended by others, though, so I guess if he actually has to treat you he's good. Can't speak from experience. Also - they have a very nice website and even have an online appointment scheduler. Unfortunately, it does not sync up with their offices, so it's basically useless.

The receptionists here are completely rude. Upon arriving at the desk to check in, I stood there…read morefor five whole minutes being ignored and not even acknowledged. At my first visit, I was not only rudely ignored while trying to check in, but then I had to wait two and a half hours after checking in to be put in a room. I am currently in the waiting room now, and an hour has gone by since checking in. I do not appreciate the way I am treated by the office staff here and when I had to wait for two and a half hours at my first appointment, I was spoken to rudely when I asked why I had been waiting for over an hour. I have never waited so long for any appointment or been treated so poorly at any other kind of practice in my entire life. **I ended up waiting nearly an hour and forty five minutes this time. Dr. Ilan was great a and extremely helpful, and also very apologetic when he heard I had waited so long and was not treated very well. I found out that my long wait did not have to do with a delay, but most likely an issue with the office staff who did not check me in properly because appointments after mine were seen at their scheduled times. I was pleased with my appointment, but my treatment by the women working at the front desk are enough to make me never want to return.

I love my dr at this location. She is one in a million. You dont find drs like her anymore. Very…read moreefficient in her service/work. But, I have a problem with my copay that I paid upon my visit in August. The billing dept sucks and unprofessional. You cannot get anyone to speak to you directly. The most you can leave messages with the representatives. On 9/4 I was told by my insurance company I do not owe any co pays after receiving my bill. Since then to date i have been calling every week. I kept asking to speak to a supervisor or mgr. I was told there is no one to connect me to. Last Wednesday I called again and spoke to Ruth. She said, she will escalate the matter again to Brian. She said he will call me back. To date, Brian has not call me back. I called this morning n spoke with Fran she said she will leave another message. This is all these people are telling you. No one in management to speak with u or the billing dept. I need my money back. That's all I want. It belongs to me. If I do not get a call from Brian or anyone in billing I will escalate this matter to the business bureau. This is what these medical billing office do. Once your money taken, it is hell to get your refund. This is robbery. Scamming patients of the $$$. I will never pay any medical office ever a copay. I will request a bill. I hope other people see this review and do the same. STOP paying copay at any medical office. It is a scam going on amongst them. This is not the only medical billing dept I am going thr this with. They are all the same. It is so sad what it comes down to. No one you can trust even in the medical billing dept for your money back once it is taken.
