What really frustrates me is that I would never ask parents to leave if they wanted to watch their children at a birthday party, especially when we had traveled 40 minutes to be there. It's incredibly inconvenient and unfair to expect parents to leave or be charged for simply wanting to be present at an event for their child. I want to emphasize that while the skating experience itself was fine, the lack of transparency and the additional surprise charges really soured the entire experience. If you plan to book a party here, make sure you have everything in writing and double-check the charges before committing. I will not be returning for future events and I highly recommend that others carefully consider these hidden fees before booking.

The food is actually really good--much better than your typical rink snacks--and it's the perfect spot to grab a coffee and catch up with other parents. The location is also incredibly convenient. It's tucked right behind the Best Buy and Starbucks off Route 22, which makes it easy to grab a quick coffee on the way in or run a few errands during practice. If you're looking for a great hockey community and a parent-friendly facility in Union County, this is definitely the place to be!

I was originally told by the manager that they would replace my skates if they were not found. I was then contacted by the general manager by email and told that they are not responsible for lost items. She lied about the employee telling me I was informed of this when I handed them in. She then blocked my email and phone and refused to talk to me. This is a very poor way to treat a customer and run a business.
