It's been 2+ weeks and they have yet to call me back about the bloodwork results. These inadequate "vets" wanted to send me to a radiologist to get better ultrasounds done because they have one and they supposedly couldn't see anything but they recommended that I go and pay another $600 to get the bad news. I actively avoid chain establishments because they're money hungry, and this "vet" is another reason why.

I love how kind and compassionate she and her staff are! A few years back our senior lab was diagnosed with cancer. It was devastating, as she was a beloved family member to us. It meant a lot to me that Dr. Cooper never pressured us in any of our decision making - she didn't urge us to pursue a certain treatment, and she assured us in what we did decide. It is so hard trying to make the best decisions for our pet's well being. I truly appreciated the way Dr. Cooper and her staff helped us through that time with our sweet Daisy. I credit Dr Harris for recognizing how ill Lilly was when another vet had not. I even received a condolence call from Dr. Harris after Lilly passed. The first time we picked our dog up he seemed really happy so that made us happy too. We recently picked him up after a second time and he wanted to go back inside instead of in the car! Michael is the owner and whom we were in contact with most. Buddy really seems to like him too. The facility itself is very clean and smells nice.
