Going to the dentist has always felt like stepping into my own personal horror movie the kind with…read moredrilling sounds and jump-scare anxiety. But Dr. Swanson and his team has completely changed that. The office feels cozy and welcoming, not cold or sterile. The staff is friendly, and Dr. Swanson is so patient and thorough. He explained everything, showed me my X-rays, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. During my second visit I had a mini panic attack when the numbing cream hit my throat, I felt like I couldn't swallow and breathe and they were so kind and calm helping me through it. If you have dental anxiety, this is the place to go.

We used to love this dentist. They used to work with our schedules and were very flexible but out…read moreof nowhere they sent me a cancellation fee of $50. Then they posted it and are making people more aware. Then my son went for his preventative apt which is always 100% covered and we got a bill for almost $300. Come to find out, they are no longer in our network as of a few months ago. We had been going here for almost 10 years and they should have advised us when we scheduled the apt. When we called to cancel our future appts, there was no apology or anything, she was just concerned about us paying the bill. This office is going downhill, nothing but bad service now. We switched dentists.

I decided on Dr. Drilling and I couldn't be happier. I wish I would have come to her sooner instead of continuing to make overnight trips so that I could visit my dentist in down in Long Beach. I needed an emergent visit and was quickly given an appointment. I received exceptional service. I recently had another appointment for a cleaning and had the most amazing and thorough cleaning with Jennifer. All I can say is that Dr. Drilling is fantastic and so is her staff. The office is clean and beautiful with modern equipment. I highly recommend. Next up, bonded retainer removal, and I can't wait!

We (my 3 daughters and I) had been going here for about 2 years. About a month ago I scheduled…read moreappointments for my 3 daughters and my step daughter who would be a new patient. One of them had a filling (done by Dr. Valle) that had come out so her appointment was scheduled for the same week while the other girls who only needed regular exam/cleanings would be a few weeks out. When we showed up for the appointment we were told we would need masks. Considering mask mandates have been lifted for several months now (even in airports) I was surprised. We have even been there without masks since mandates were lifted over a year ago, so it was just very odd that this was an issue at this point. When I told the receptionist we didn't have any she said not even in your car? I gave a little laugh (because why would we have them in the car when they aren't required anywhere anymore) and said no. She told me there was a store across the street and I could go buy some. I told her I wasn't going to do that but if she would like to supply them we would wear them. She stated she had none to give (You KNOW they have boxes of them because dental staff wears them regardless of whether there is a "pandemic" or not) so I told her it sounded like we would just need to find a new dentist then so please cancel all appointments related to my family. She said ok and we left. Now here ww are about a month later and I am still receiving texts and phone calls with appointment reminders. Today was the third phone discussion I had with them reminding them that we are no longer patients of theirs and all appointments should have been cancelled. The second time we had this conversation she told me, with a hint of snarkiness, that our account had been flagged with a note that Dr. was dropping us as patients for refusing to wear masks so it's quite comical (yet annoying) that they are still contacting me to confirm appointments. The new patient I was bringing would have earned them thousands alone as she needs a fair amount of work done. Hope it was worth the .20 worth of masks they refused to provide. We are very happy with our new, mask free, dentist.
