I chose her because of her proximity to where I live, her immediate kindness over the phone, and the fact that she offers a sliding scale for low income people such as myself. I initially came to Shannon in an emergency situation, barely able to string a sentence together through my tears. She was very patient with me and took into account everything that I needed to accomplish during my sessions with her, and planned accordingly. I always felt comfortable with her and at ease to speak my mind. Also, she has always been understanding of my extremely tight financial situation. All in all, I highly recommend Shannon and would like to give my thanks to her publicly for all she has done!

I'm a mediator and sex coach. And believe me, they go together. I specialize in helping individuals become their best selves, whether coupled or not. I teach you how to grow as an individual so that you can make the most informed and least fear-based decisions in your life about love, sex, marriage, and work. From there, I teach you to support yourself and your mate, first as individuals, and then how to grow as a couple. It is much easier to do this before kids come, but it is critical to do it if you have children. We specialize in relationship, intimacy, and conflict by teaching you how to grow. That's right, we're about mediating conflict and adult education in how to become your highest and best self, whether partnered or not.

I am a current student of SLCT, due to graduate only a month from now in January 2018…read more Even as I was paying for this class, I had doubts. Did I really want to invest this much money into a career path (life coaching) that I was unsure of? Was the curriculum going to be good enough? Was the spiritual aspect going to feel authentic (not cheesy)? Would this course be professional enough for me to really feel confident in starting a life coach business? The answer to all this is YES. For real, guys... 100% yes. SLCT is special. It's beyond special. I am not the same person I was 5 months ago. And that's coming from someone who's spent money on a LOT of personal development in her life already. By the end of this 6 month course, I will have simultaneously received 120 hours of life coach training, AND 120 hours of being coached myself. When you think about it, that makes the price tag a screaming deal. And yes, I am in the process of confidently starting my own life coaching business. All three instructors (Richard, Jenny and Sherra) are fabulous. You can't help but be inspired and in love with their teachings and their presence. Even for the minority of students who don't choose to start their own businesses, or don't otherwise use the coursework in their career, they receive immense value from this course. It is life changing. I see every single classmate embarking on great things already. Not a dollar is wasted. The classmates I have, and that I've seen previous classes have, are some of the coolest people you will ever meet. You may even walk away with some lifelong friends. I know many of us are!
