He was knowledgeable (and empathetic) about Interstitial Cystitis. Office staff and Nurses were all very polite and cheerful and the office itself was very warmly decorated. I arrived around 8am for an 8:20 appointment and was taken back around 8:15! Dr. Cotant suggested that for my follow up I meet with the NP, Heather Gulish (she apparently does a lot of work with women in their clinic) and I look forward to meeting her.

Signed in and no one was around so I had a seat. The screen they had running said Welcome, SIgn in and someone will be with you shortly. Well I watched 2 people go in and still nothing was happening with me. Soon more people showed including new people that were handed paperwork to fill out, still I sat. Then after 25 minutes and no more patience for being ignored again, I walked to the window and there sat the lady, I asked what the fee was for canceling an appt and she said nothing. Asked my name, I picked up the sign in sheet and showed her. Then said I was our of there. I wasn't waiting any longer to be recognized as a new patient and wait for paper work. She looked a little stunned. If there was a zero for this rating I would be giving that. I called the main office and made a complaint and was told, so sorry this happened, this will be dealth with and they would get me in with another doctor as soon as this afternoon in another location - NO THANK YOU I told the lady. I would NOT be returning to any Comprehensive Urology offices again. I will never know if they have a doctor that could help me or not, but if the staff is this bad, I'm not sure if the doctor would be any good, since she should have someone at the front desk that knows how to handle a front desk.

While cutting the…read moregrass I was having chest pains for a while, which I thought was heartburn I spoke with Liza who directed me to the ER, which as a dumb guy I refused, after some prompting she got me to come into the office. After her examine she suggested I go to the ER again, which I again refused, she would not let me leave until I said I would got to the hospital. Once at the hospital I failed the stress test and after a catheter and 2 stents I found out my artery was 95% blocked. According to the cardiologist if I would have finished cutting the grass I would have had a deadly heart attack. So, thank you NP Liza Raymond.

My boyfriend…read morewent to their "Emergency Center" in Clarkston on 12-19-2020 and was basically snubbed as he has no health insurance but has more than enough money to pay and they sent him home with an RX and gave him some specialists names to follow up on severe digestive problems. He had an upper GI at McLaren in Pontiac a few weeks later with Dr. Robert Ferguson and has not yet spoken with the doctor? Approximately $10,000 later... he has told the doctor's office that if they needed to go over any of the results or if they had bad news to call him. There was a scheduled video call at 6:45PM tonight and.....not really helping in a situation where he already doesn't trust the hospital system here!!!! Shameful!

Dr. Leskie and her staff have proved a medication check that my son never went to them for and have also approved a medication refill even though they have absolutely ZERO medical history of his medical condition from his previous pediatrician. Between talking with reception all the way to a practice manager, I can safely say you will find better care almost anywhere else!! Don't waste your time especially if you're looking for a pediatrician
