It seemed strange to me that I could not talk to someone who schedules by 7. I am hoping to create a long term vendor relationship. I finally get a call at 8. Then I get information not for a fridge scheduling but for an AC which I have interest in, but is low on the priority list. I really need this Refrigerator fixed. After waiting until 8, I am told to call the next day. Punch line, can't reach anyone at the number the next day. We run an office with lots of suites. We want to help our tenant out. But if there is no one to talk to how do we get that done?

The lady who I was speaking with at EaZy did not ask any other questions other than when they could first come out and how much the service call would be ($90). After setting an appointment (the first available was 3 days later) and finishing the call I thought it was strange that she did not ask any further questions regarding the washer model number or any other details. I figured they probably now what the code meant and was able to fix it as the manufactures site provided in depth detail. After the diagnostic visit I was informed it would be 3 weeks for the part to come in. The next day I called back as I was able to locate the parts from another appliance repair company in the area. When I called back to see if they would accept the parts (original manufacture parts), I got the same lady who seemed like she could care less that that I was in a bind and that I could not go 3 weeks without a washing machine. Anyway she informed me that they would not guarantee the work if they used parts other than theirs. Since I was in a bind I was willing to take the chance and move forward with them using the parts I found. The technician who came to the house was pleasant and informative however after continuing to talk to her it was clear that they she could care less so I decided to not move forward. Instead I called the other company in the area and cut my ties with EaZy Appliance and paying them $90 for what the error code already told me. This was a learning experience when dealing with an appliance repair company. The error code showed 3 possible issues and the diagnosis was one of the 3 listed. Make sure you ask if they stock parts for your appliance before forking out cash for a tech to visit without the parts. If you are looking for an appliance repair company in the area, go somewhere else that actually seems to care!

They even went above and beyond to work with my existing antiquated utilities. The mess left behind was no worse than that of other tradesmen I have hired (dust, greasy fingerprints, bootprints, etc). One of the men took one of my kitchen towels and used it as a rag without asking. It was then left balled up on the floor. I didn't even bother calling to complain about this, but in retrospect...* * * * This may have been a tactic to draw my attention away from the shelf where my personal belongings were stolen from.* * * * If you hire this company, get the full names of ALL of the workers who will be in your home. Google them before letting them in. If your gut tells you not to let them in, do not let them in. Do not take your eyes off them for a second. If possible, place cameras, even around items of no/low value, kids' toys, knick-knacks, etc, even if they are too high up to reach normally.
