From my first visit of a consult which was extremely thorough to the extraction and implant of my front tooth, I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Gordon. He spent uninterrupted hours to make sure I was 100% comfortable during treatment and that everything went as planned aesthetically. I walked out looking exactly the way I walked in and when the anesthesia wore off I had zero pain. It has been 6 days since my surgery and you would never know I had anything done. Once we got into McOmber dental for about $7,000 . We realized we had been taken. The woman at the front desk reminds me of a used car saleswoman. . We wound up both going to Clear Choice in Woodbridge. The Results were amazing. Clear Choice was very expensive but they were honest people. We got exactly what we wanted. The dentures that were made my husband have been in the garbage for months now. We had to go to someone that knew what they were doing. I guess the hardest part is I thought I was a good judge of character. Shame on me.

We did that and then they told us we needed two different types of x-rays but the other machine was broken so we would have to come back again the next week.An appointment made three months ago and we show up at 9 AM on our day off and the orthodontist is not in and they claim to have tried to call us which they absolutely did not. I have out of network insurance so was okay with paying the difference to be able to use Dr Nichols. However, during this year, I visited once in February for a cleaning and 1 cavity. I was billed over $600 dollars out of pocket with no detail of charges on the bill. I have had plenty of work done there prior to this and this was by far the highest bill I received. I called and asked for an itemized listing of everything I was being billed for - the staff was very short with me and sent the same bill - with no itemization. I paid the amount in its entirety back in May, 2024 and felt compelled to switch dentists due to the lack of transparency, only to receive another $400 bill with no detail months later - all this for a cleaning and a cavity and insurance! I need to have my gums cleaned every three months and the whole staff couldn't have been more helpful, courteous and professional. Now a new periodontist bought the practice and in order to keep the business going, patients were never notified about all the changes that took place. I only found out my regular hygienist didn't work there any longer - together with 99% of the staff once I was already in the office. Dr. Sahni introduced herself, told me about her recent business purchase and guaranteed me the same professional level of treatment. She examined my gums and allegedly found out that "everything in my mouth was infected" due to the previous treatment. I was in shock but had to believe her "professional statement" so I set up my first surgery. On the day of it, I was waiting for 45 minutes for my turn. I was already overwhelmed just thinking about the procedure and the excessive waiting time just added to it. She told me "she was cleaning the office" as the reason for the delay when in reality she was treating another patient. On my second scheduled surgery, I waited for 25 minutes, had an argument with her about using the nitro ( It helps me to control my anxiety) and she numbed my gums. Once she started the procedure, the receptionist came and told her " we have a new customer and she wants to be seen right away". Dr. Sahni left me unattended with the nitro on my face for 15 minutes while taking care the new customer. Once she came back, she literally yelled at me because I was removing the nitro telling me " do you know how dangerous it's to my health when you removed the nitro from your face???" I explained I was not feeling well as the reason and told her I was not happy with her attitude and if it was so dangerous she shouldn't have left me unattended for so long. She literally told me to get out, that she could see another patients during my time, that I should take Zanix before procedures and that she had enough of me. It took 2 days for me to recover from her behavior towards me.
