Next appointment basically set up a plan , new appointment in 17 days , cool . I was about to leave in 10 minutes got another call telling me only thing would be done is a cleaning because insurance said they would not pay unless i did full dentures on top ...... they called me an hour before i was sposed to be there again . Now i have to start over with a different place because in my opinion they should have called me both times way earlier . Its their job . And it was tiny and seemed dirty couple people were nice enough but seriously gotta do better i cannot go there again

She and her staff put me at ease every time I am in their office. Dr Kumar is great at explaining what she is doing while you are in the chair and why she is doing it. She is consistently checking up on you to make sure you are not in any pain which I, a person with horrible dentist office experiences, can appreciate! I even had zoom whiting treatments with them which can I say was a game changer! The results I got from just one office visit was noticeably different and 10x whiter! Even a year later my teeth are still amazingly bright. I couldn't be more satisfied.

The staff is generally nice, but prepare for an overwhelming number of texts and phone calls regarding upcoming appointments--far more than I have ever experienced. It can be incredibly annoying. Be cautious if they have questions about your insurance before an appointment, as you may feel like you're being stalked. When they need something, everyone is on high alert, but when you need assistance, it's a different story altogether. What I should have done was come here first before taking a chance. I would have read the other reviews and stayed clear.

First of all, there is no privacy in this office. It's one big room with lots of chairs and other patients/children getting serviced (VERY CLOSELY, within a foot or two) right next to you. Second, it's extremely unprofessional. They took very blurry x-rays of my sons mouth and told me the photos were good enough. I asked multiple times if the x-rays were clear enough and the dentist himself (Dr Beydoun) reassured me that they were. He stood in front of me for a total of 60 seconds and didn't even bother to look in my sons mouth. He seemed like he didn't want to answer any of my questions and was rushing me and making me feel as though I'm a nuisance for asking questions about my sons teeth. It was only after I called and asked them to send the x-rays to another dentist (I wanted a second opinion), that the receptionist admitted the photos were blurry and that they would probably need them to be taken again at another office. SO THEY LIED TO ME. Extremely unprofessional practice, no privacy, and they do not care about their patients, even though they are CHILDREN. Do not bring your kids here, they are just after money and do not really give a crap about you!
