Had an appointment for foot care with Dr Cheney. I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment time…read moreadvised the lady at the front desk and was told to have a seat. Time passes. I saw two or three people called back. Finally after35 minutes a women came out and handed me an information form. I asked why I wasn't given this earlier. She didnt answer and just walked away. I started to fill out the form and decided to simply leave. I will not go back to her again.

I made an appt for the following Monday, and again we were hit with snow. I can drive but very cautious walking in slippery conditions, so I left a message on Sunday night I had to cancel again. I received a phone call from either a female worker or the doctor herself berating me for canceling. Obviously, my message wasn't read, or this office lacks any empathy at all. Warning: If you're going to stay with this group, make your appts for Tuesday! Don't leave a message. You might just have a new asshole in addition to any problems with your feet.
