I saw two or three people called back. Finally after35 minutes a women came out and handed me an information form. I asked why I wasn't given this earlier. She didnt answer and just walked away. I started to fill out the form and decided to simply leave. I will not go back to her again.

I received a phone call from either a female worker or the doctor herself berating me for canceling. Obviously, my message wasn't read, or this office lacks any empathy at all.
