I…read moreduly followed full instructions with the recommended carrier each time I reached the last page i was asked for 2 numbers I didnt have. After other people going through the same process for me and not being able to get any further. I contacted the Klassy Lady by e.mail and they replied saying they did not have the numbers but I could send it through the Post Office , which I did paying over £8.00 I had already paid £26+ customs Incoming. I have rung Klassy Lady many times and they promised to sort it for me as its being held by customs. They never ring back as promised. I messaged the owner Sandra on one of her facebook shows and she said I need to contact customs myself and pay again It is my responsibility. Its absolutey Horrendous the cost of the tax and postage is more than the goods. She also admitted she had this problem before and has lost Uk customers because if it. If she already knows about this she should not be selling into to the Uk. I have bought from other shops in S. Ireland and have not had any problem. I have no means of contacting customs and at this stage would have at accepted refund after the second charge was taken off , it would have been better than nothing. It seems they have got my money so they dont care. so Buyer Beware Do not buy anything from Klassy Lady Cahir Tipperary S Ireland if you are in Uk . This Company should have an arrangement with customs or a carrier system that works. Or should not be trading with UK at all.

Wow, what a find! We happened to park along the Quay on our way to Waterford Crystal and saw this…read moreshop, making sure to return later that day. So glad we did! The shop has all sorts of locally made items, tastefully curated. From baby toys, home decor, gifts for friends, and gorgeously woven blankets, there is something for everyone. But let's not forget the star of the show, Bebhinn! Her designs are awesome, made to order from locally made Irish linen. I have my sights set on a beautiful dress that was made from an iridescent-ish linen--WOW. Bebhinn also makes beautiful knitwear. In fact, when we were in the store, she was working on a piece on the sewing machine. That said, she still kindly took time to answer questions we had about items, other local store suggestions, and her products (yes they do ship to the US!). This was a highlight on our three-week trip to Ireland. All the gifts I got from here receive compliments, including a hip new coaster set from a local maker. A must see when in Waterford.
