Carlos was fast to respond to my request to come survey the job, was considerate of my time and my bank account, and didn't hassle me about booking with him. Even though it took me 4 business days to take him up on his quote, he was a pleasure to schedule with, and fit me in within 48 hours of me contacting him. On the morning of the tree trimming, his team showed up promptly at 7:30am, and got to work on what I thought would be an all day affair. They were done by noon, with no mishaps, no issues, no fallen tree limbs, and seemingly no hassle. At my request, they chopped up the larger portions of the tree limbs (precariously overhanging my garage), and stacked them up for firewood use later in the year! They ground up everything else, cleaned up the little debris they had made, and wrapped up with so little hassle you'd think their job was easy- and it definitely is NOT! They accept credit card or cash, which is nice to have an option. I am so happy to no longer be worried about a tree limb crashing into my house, or destroying my garage. Hire Carlos' team if you want the job done with no hassle, at a great price- what more can I say?

I live about a forty minutes away from their office and they were originally recommended by a friend, so I wasn't sure if they would take the job. The owner came to my house and carefully inspected my yard as well as created a gorgeous design for the front of my house (turns out we both live in houses built in the 1800s so I wanted to keep the design modern and clean yet not take away from the beauty of the house). He nailed it! I am writing this post because I had a huge branch (almost the size of a small tree) fall from a tree that I probably should have taken care of in the past. Once again, I called and he and his crew came to my house and took care of it within 48 hours. I have an above ground pool and wanted to make sure there was no damage but couldn't see underneath the branches. Turned out the pool is fine and I don't have to worry anymore.
