He is patient, carefully explains all his procedures, and always addresses any concerns that I have. Additionally, his staff- from his hygienists to his office manager, Raixa, are always professional and courteous. I have consistently performed my cleanings as well as me general dental work here. They are a small and very busy office but always respond relatively quickly. I highly recommend them.

It figures after making an appointment the same day, the front desk made sure to fit me in and have me checked out within minutes of my arrival. It was my wisdom teeth and an infection thankfully Dr. Perez and his staff were incredible! They prescribed me antibiotics and anti inflammatory the same day. They didn't want to see me in pain and literally made an appointment for me the next day thanks to their front desk Elyanna making my comfort a priority if it hadn't been for her asking me how much pain I was in and seeing if I could get my surgery the next day I would've probably still be in pain as i write this. Anyways she not also did that but she went ahead and called my insurance to see if she could help me out with anything else and she finds out I get two free cleaning a year here. Dr. Perez made me feel at home and spoke me through everything took his time with me and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain and being in the hospitality industry this means the world to me. She came in and told me that I had a loose tooth that needs to be replaced. After she told me that, she left. Nothing else. He'll, she didn't even ask me what I wanted to do. We just went right into my cleaning. When I was checking out, the receptionist ask me "So when do you want to schedule for your fillings?" Fillings?? We never discussed that I needed fillings. She only noticed that I had some older fillings but never told me that they needed to be replaced. On top of this, the receptionist told me "Hold on a second " about 15 times even though I never said a word when I was checking out. She couldn't figure out something on the computer and kept telling me hold on a second. Again, the hygienist is great but coming here isn't worth it anymore.
