I'm sure you have many satisfied clients, but unfortunately, not everyone has the same experience. My friend and I contacted your office because we were interested in getting a new smile. We had already scheduled veneers with another clinic, but after seeing your results, we decided to reach out on Thursday to see if you could accommodate us on Friday. We understood it was short notice, but we were traveling from out of state and wanted the best option.
We were specifically told that if we paid our deposits, a doctor would be on standby waiting for us. Based on that information, we trusted your coordinator and paid our deposits. However, as soon as the money was received, the story changed. We were then told the clinic was waiting for confirmation that someone could fit us in. Later that evening, we both received messages stating that the earliest available appointment would be Tuesday, which was not an option for us.
What makes this situation especially upsetting is that we were led to believe a doctor would be available for us on Friday, when it appears the appointment was never actually secured. We made it very clear that we were traveling from out of state and that Friday was the only day that would work. We feel that the clinic knew there was no confirmed availability but chose to accept our $1,000 deposits anyway. Had we been given accurate information from the beginning, we would never have made those payments.
We did not realize the paperwork stated that our deposits were non-refundable, and we feel that this important detail was overshadowed by what we were told verbally. We relied on the coordinator's assurances when making our decision, and now we are left trying to recover our money for appointments we could not attend on the newly offered date.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails, text messages, and voicemails attempting to resolve this matter, yet I have been unable to get a response from the clinic.
This is extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, not how a professional business should treat its customers. Out-of-state customers should not be made to feel that their travel arrangements and financial commitments do not matter. Taking someone's money before confirming that the promised appointment can actually happen raises serious concerns about transparency and customer service.
I am sharing our experience so others, especially those traveling from out of state, know to ask questions and get written confirmation before sending any money. When it comes to your smile and your hard-earned money, trust and transparency matter. I sincerely hope this helps someone else avoid going through the same situation. read more
