Then when we get into the movie in cinema 1 the screen is so dirty that every dark scene its all you see. So distracting. Then as the movie was wrapping up, we are watching the credits waiting for the after credits scene we know is there because we looked it up, and they shut off the movie! They literally stopped the movie before the last scene! Do yourself a favor and just drive to midland for any movie.

Not as severe as stadium seating in modern theatets but impressive for it's age. The seats are very comfortable and more impressive is there is plenty of leg room. The sound and picture are perfect. The concessions are very old school but acceptable. Sodas are the Traverse City Pop Company, can't remember their name. The only real downside is the bathrooms are up some very narrow stairs. I finally came this summer, when they were playing Barbie. We purchased tickets earlier in the day and ate dinner next door to make sure we got good seats. That turned out to be unnecessary, but they did mention that some showings had sold out recently. I recommend getting tickets earlier rather than later! You can purchase tickets online or in person. I loved the ambiance in the theater - from the gorgeous velvet curtains to the stars in the ceiling designed by an astronomy professor. So much history has been maintained while adding modern comfort. The popcorn is also tasty and they carry local soda.

I spoke to Mike and explained what happened and he was working on camera footage to catch the person. He told me to let the officers know to contact him for the footage.
