Turns out the former owner had used silicone in an elbow joint that wasn't sloped properly, so when it didn't drain at the rate it should, it would drip. This was great because the weather was warmer here for just a few days and he came during this timeframe. Martin and his coworker were efficient and he uses a long hose to clear my downspouts as well as a blower to get the excess leaves out of the gutter. Just blowing the leaves out could still have clogged gutters so I really like that Martin checks and clears clogged downspouts with the hose/water flow! The service is thorough and the price is a great value for the provided service. I've used his service multiple times and will continue to do so twice a year to ensure my gutters are clear and water is flowing.

They seemed to really be rushing, including walking across the roof to the back yard gutters instead of hooking up the hose out back. Before arriving, and at appointment scheduling, I told them to please park on my property. They parked at my neighbors and when I asked them to move, they said they wouldn't be long. Of course my neighbor came home and asked them to move (how embarrassing). When they were finished, they told me to turn the water off to the house. A FLOOD OF WATER WAS GUSHING DOWN MY HOSE BIB AS IT HAD BUSTED. Did they notice this in the beginning or at the end??? I had to call a plumber and pay over $1,000 to cut the drywall and replace my hose bib. NEVER will I have this done in winter again!!!
