That's a big part of what they do here. Dance, of course. But both girls and boys learn about basic decency and manners in addition to the many types of dance (ballet, tap, jazz, modern, etc). Note: This is not a competitive studio. However, they do follow the Cicchetti ballet method and there are grades/levels the students are tested on regularly, if they so choose to be. They also can be tested on tap. The owner of the studio is on the Cicchetti board and having CDC as a test center is great. This is a global organization and the students get to meet kissers from around the world as well as students coming here from around the country for a period of time. There is a summer program that runs 8:00-1:00 everyday as well as access to other summer programs (and competitions) around the country and even the world. If you're looking for a dance studio, you should definitely come check it out and take a class or two!

Wall-to-wall dance floor, a mirrored wall, and a good sound system to keep the beat. Our dance teacher was very nice, and taught us to do a few basic dance steps during our time with her. However... and I mean however... the pricing structure. I purchased an affordable dance class package for my girlfriend's birthday. We went together to the five classes, and we had a great time. However, when it came time for more classes, my girlfriend showed a PRE-PURCHASED dance package which she got online. They denied our coupon. Because the package I bought was some sort of "introductory deal," they said we wouldn't be able to receive any more discounts. There was no evidence of this policy printed ANYWHERE, it just suddenly decided to make itself known. For lack of a better term: bull$#!%. Apparently there's a point when we start saving too much money on your dance classes? That's not a business plan, that's a direct route to alienating customers. It's 50 bucks a class unless you get the packages. Be PREPARED for that.

At the other studio my daughter attended the dress code and chosen costumes were very skimpy and overall inappropriate. However, at the dance corner all costumes are extremely classy. The friendly environment and variety of abilities allows for an welcoming atmosphere for any ability, age range,or commitment. I would definitely recommend this studio to anybody from the most experienced dancer to someone just starting.

The actors were of all ages and whether pre-teen, much older or in between, they were all quite captivating and very believable. I will most definitely be visiting and enjoying more of their productions. The staff are very nice and welcoming to all that attended.
