Understand that I didn't disagree with the owner, he explained very well what needed to be done, how much work was involved and was very fair in the cost. But this was just a work truck and the damage didn't interfere with the operation and didn't look too bad. I just didn't see investing much in an older truck. Bottom line is, don't rely on an online quote but I would still consider Kaled. They appear to be a very reputable company.

My 6 year old Tesla Model 3 was involved in a wheel and fender collision and Luis and the crew at Collision Werks made it look like new! They communicated quickly and often with updates, and when additional damage was detected not originally seen, they worked with my insurer to get the repair estimate increased. Had to wait for out of state parts (gee thanks, Elon!) which added a few days, but enjoyed my rental so wasn't a big hardship to wait for OEM parts to arrive. They are qualified to run diagnostics on Tesla electronics (most shops are not) and made sure everything was working well. Explained why my car's paint required extra steps and time. Explained my situation on how I've tried every program out for OBD1 and explored a lot of maps to gather variety of times for these injectors, after comparing a basemap that hondata will auto generate vs what a professional tuner sold me I couldn't tell the difference! Called them multiple times with no answer. Completely wasted $365. Took it to another shop and they explained everything they did wrong and had to reverse it all. Nonetheless, Wilmar continued to help me beyond all of my expectations. He supported me with transportation and navigating the insurance settlement. He continued to help me while I looked for a used car to buy offering advice and much more. He was never too busy. All of this was unexpectedly kind, above and beyond. During the time it took me, I met almost all of the staff. They are highly experienced, honest and made me feel hopeful during my difficult time. I'm super glad he passed me on because Wilmar invited me out for an estimate the next morning, took in my truck the following Wednesday, and had it ready for me 5 days later. The new fender looks EXCELLENT. The paint is well-blended with the truck body. I got good attention, a very fair price, a fast turnaround and terrific quality. HIGHLY recommended.
