Obviously, with that kind of attitude, she will never be able to appreciate the finest luxury at an affordable price. @ Shara S's post below me, if you are here to throw a tantrum at Rhodes and Beckett for charging a hundred dollars for business and formal attire, then you might want to head over to your closest Louis Vuitton store and set up a strike.
Shara claims, and i quote, "Who needs an ugly Egyptian shirt for $160 that'll last ten years anyway?" The way she makes particular mention to the fact that Rhodes and Beckett shirt's are made from Egyptian cotton and how they are "shit ugly" and "bullshit" makes me wonder, does all this excessive swearing make her argument more valid? Or does she just present her self this way to show us shes mad. Mad at the "out of her income range" price tag for such rich and exquisite clothing.
Furthermore, she makes a remarkable comment which i myself find 'laughable'. She says, "no man has ever looked like that in any office I've ever worked in!" Yeah, that is, if you've ever worked in an office before to begin with. Seeing your behavior in the post towards $160 dollar designer quality shirts tells me you lack the class and individuality when it comes to chic presentation.
But here's whats important: Rhodes and Beckett is a leading competitor who's products are up there amongst the likes of Versace, Gucci and LV. Combing some of the finest quality materials in the world and hand woven using traditional artisan tailoring techniques, i feel as if a transparent energy has surrounded me every time i wear. Confident dressing breeds confidence in a person, something which Rhodes and Beckett allows me to do. It's not only their products but their store, a welcoming feeling is achieved when i set foot into it's showroom of superior architectural design and courteous staff. It appeals to the customer and makes you want to be in there, something a lot of stores with same price clothing don't have.
As a corporate business man myself, I'm thankful that clothing companies like Rhodes and Beckett have affordable priced items with apparel which are on par with designer labels which would cost almost 5 times the price. I honestly wouldn't know the difference between someone wearing a 160 dollar Rhodes and Beckett shirt and another wearing a thousand dollar Louis Vuitton button-up.
With the kind of raw materials R&B use, complex stitching and vibrant, almost shiny colours seen only with special fabrics, i dare Shara to show me up at a dinner, conference or any formal event with her 20 dollar 'quarter-of-the-price' Big W shirt and see who looks the sharpest and stands out through the night. If you're lucky and you find yourself a nice man and he's rocking exclusive formal wear, wouldn't you feel ashamed or the least, a tad under dressed standing next to him? Everyone should have the opportunity to look good and feel good with what they wear, it's a right. And if you can't appreciate that Shara, then i pity you.
I would highly recommend this brand. And no, I'm not a business man. I lied.
I'm a 16 year old high school student and if i can afford it, anyone can. Have a nice day.
