It is rare to encounter someone who combines expertise, dedication, and a genuine desire to achieve…read morethe best possible outcomes, but working with John is an experience that consistently exceeds expectations. If you're looking for progress and tangible results, investing your resources in working with him is undeniably worthwhile. John's approach is not only solution-oriented but also deeply collaborative--he takes the time to listen intently to the problem at hand, evaluates all options, and crafts the most effective and efficient resolution. Working with him means investing in yourself. He helps you advocate for yourself and is worth the resources as you get back invaluable advice. I requested the career counselling service in order for him to help me navigate a problem with my boss. John helped me advocate for a positive change as our relationship was strained by helping me with communication and advocating my needs. Ever since the conversation, my relationship with my supervisor improved! My experience working with him was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did he address my concerns promptly and with impressive results, but his thoughtful approach allowed me to work in a far less stressful environment. John doesn't just get the job done--he elevates the entire process, ensuring the best possible outcome every time. Highly recommended for anyone seeking expert guidance and results that truly make a difference.

After a few sessions with John, I don't believe 'Career Coach' is a complete or accurate portrayal…read moreof who he is or what he does. Anyone can throw on a cardigan and prescribe you a career based on an educated guess at what role you'd look good in; and it's pretty easy to tell someone how to do the good things better in a way that makes them believe , if just for a second, that they can 'still do this!' How exciting and fluffy! That's not John. John is a catalyst, a diagnostician, and one hell of a mirror. What differentiates John from everyone else in the field is his assessment, comprehension, and translation of the shadow self. In just 3 sessions, he managed to pull up and pin-point recurring patterns (positive and negative) in my life that 17 years of therapy failed to reveal. These 'light bulb moments' have led to some big changes in the way I present myself, present my brand, determine my brand's value, plan for future success, and set applicable boundaries. He has, in wonderful depth, shown me the work I still need to do to develop as a leader and in my interpersonal relationships. If you're serious about dusting off, showing up, and starting over - Make John your call to action. He sees because he cares.
