Still, we went through the usual exploration questionnaire, through which he also took the opportunity to pitch other businesses I wasn't interested in. I had taken an hour of work for Health & Dental insurance. When the meeting ended, Laurent Munier had explained that: 1. He would send the health plan charts he'd to forgotten to send prior to meeting 2. He would send a personalized health plan according to what he had learned in the interview/meeting. 3. He would send a follow-up e-mail, as customary, with details for our next meeting. None of that happened. Still, I took the first step to send a follow-up e-mail the next day because the whole point of the meeting is of importance to me(health). No response. It makes me stomach sick and very emotional every time I see it on the BNN everyday as this is my work channel. I asked Raymond James and BNN Bloomberg to remove this ad providing my reason, but they ignore me with no response. Now, I am wondering if they ignore my pain, they will ignore the same of your pain when they loss your money in their management. Raymond James seems has no emotional and no responsibility in someone's life saving.

They asked for two years' worth of bank transactions and then at the end they provided a link to make corrections with CRA yourself and after the discharge it turns out they never reported it to the creditors that you were discharged and here I am sitting waiting for my credit score to change. You're better off to do things yourself or find another company even with the least rating which I am sure will do a better job than them.
