I really like this place because they never judge. I've come here since day one of starting my own…read morebusiness and have always left feeling like i got all the answers to my questions without feeling like a dummy, which is pretty awesome because my questions are uuuuuusually pretty silly. I can't think of any specific ones, but the sort of silly where when you hear the answer you have an 'of course, i knew that' moment. The people here are so friendly and helpful that i sort of wonder if they don't put valium in their water cooler- and if that's the case, when are they hiring?! I went in the other week all like 'oh geeze guys, i can't find my business license number, umm, can you find out what it is for me?' and they totally did without any stern looks or telling me about organizing my messy file drawer. They actually printed me a document with my number on it and- bonus!- they gave me extra copies. I really appreciated that because it's like they knew i misplace things but didn't mind, they just wanted to help. Like a parent giving their slutty kid a condom instead of a lecture! In conclusion, this place is an indispensable resource for anyone starting their own business, growing their business and looking to learn things about how to be more efficient... But it's also great if you aren't efficient at all and just need someone to recover that important document you probably threw away last time you moved, yikes!!

It has saved me handing over hundreds to an accountant this year.) Got to the notary and was told that they didn't understand why I needed to have it notarized nor what the paper was for and was turned away. Wasted a good hour of my day and took a bit of time off of work to get this done and was told that they couldn't because they didn't know the forms. A notary doesn't need to know the forms, they just need to verify my identity and my signature. Was a bit odd and deeply unprofessional of them. They are not good people.
