These last few years have been very tough with the pricing increases on so many items. I always worry about tax time when it comes around but got referred by another co worker to come to this tax office and give them a try. I'm so glad I listened to him, got back the biggest return compared to other past years with other company's. Now I wonder if I have left a lot unaccounted for by going to other tax offices who maybe didn't have my best interests, maybe just to get me out of there as fast as they could to get more people in.. I know realize what actual good customer service is, they took there time with me and answered every question I had even if some were dumb.. Before dealing with HM Tax dealing with my taxes was a nightmare, I have to say going to HM Tax has been one of the best life making decisions I have made!!! I went to this location as the other location was busy and they took me in as a walk in. I did have to wait for 15 mins as the staff was busy with other clients however, after 15 mins I was helped and my taxes were filed. I am glad that I made the trip here as I was satisfied at the end.
