They leave messages on my voicemail which are hard to understand because they do not speak English well enough to communicate accurately. I keep blocking their number. They keep switching numbers. They are very persistant. They won't take no for an answer. I can not get them to understand that I want them to stop bothering me. This creepy behavior is very distressing. I decided to call her to follow up on my damn FOLLOW UP where she lies and claims she "called me 3 times and emailed me back" then mentions "something must've been wrong with my new phone".
