After waiting almost two months on an amateur who failed miserably, I contacted Jerry, who made himself available to meet with me promptly. He met with us and went over everything he would be doing, and gave us peace of mind on how he could right the wrongs that were done. A few days later, he was at work. Grading, DONE. Prior to calling Jeff, I spoke with two other businesses who said they would get back to me with an estimate. I never heard from either of them. I called Jeff and not only did he give me an estimate, I received it the same day, it was better than expected and the work was done within two days. In addition to the shrubs, he trimmed several other shrubs, edged the entire yard, did some weed eating and hauled everything away. The owner for months fed me story about rain and being backed up but could never give me an appt date. After months of trying to get an appt I asked for a refund and was told they don't get paid until the voucher is redeemed. I will b contacting living social to see what they can do to assist with getting a refund or getting the company to come cut my yard. I have been more than patient. I haven't even heard anything from them.

Interesting that the owner wrote this... "We Strive to service your property on time when we say we will.
