I went with this company because Felix had the best credentials and references of anyone that I spoke with, and he treated my project as if it were his own. Felix's credentials and expertise proved invaluable in working directly with my insurance company eliminating any "hassles" along the way. Felix and Maria also worked with other contractors that were necessary in finishing my project. Thanks to them, everything went very smoothly. My home looks great. Felix and Maria paid close attention to every little detail. I never thought that I would write such a glowing review for anyone, but this one was so well deserved. Florida Roof Restorations was the best choice that I could have made.

I found this company via Yelp last year when i was relocating to Orlando from South Florida. I had…read morebought a new house and it needed roof work done before i moved in. I had multiple companies come out and give me pricing and their opinion/recommendations (all three were highly rated on Yelp and google). Tyler came out on the day and time specified, he was communicative, nice and easy to deal with. He really took the time to look at everything, crawled in both attic spaces and outside on my 2 story hip roof and gave me his opinion and photos to support his recommendations and pricing. All 3 companies gave me a different scope of work, however i am in the construction industry and Tylers scope was the most on point and he also listened to what my needs and wants were and kept that in mind when giving me his recommendations. They didnt try and sell me a re-roof (which a lot of companies will even if you dont need it) and I liked this and found them to be honorable in this regard. I found their price to be competitive for a company that is licensed and insured, and the work they did was done well and supervised and checked. What was most important to me was not only the work done, but if any of it failed, what their response would be and how it would be handled. Can i get in touch with them again? Are they responsive after the work was completed? Well, i recently found out. I had 2 leaks this past week that have been getting worse. I was obv upset because i thought it was the roof. I called Tyler, and he told me he would be out the next day to take a look. He came when he said he would, climbed up in the attic and took a good look around, and found that it is my chimney leaking. He made my life easier by referred me to a stucco guy whos coming out this afternoon. I like that they are not pushy, they make me feel well informed as to what they think and WHY via photos, answering all of my questions and very easy to deal with and get in touch with (i hate chasing contractors!) I definitely recommend them, and look forward to our continued relationship. THANK YOU TYLER!!!

Edward immediately responded to my request for a quote. He was professional, personable, and sympathetic to my budget concerns. In fact, I originally indicated I had the proper gooseneck so they didn't need to provide one. However, it turned out my gooseneck neck cap was too small. My old 1950s fixer upper required demo, old chimney removed, an entirely new flat roof system installed with torch down and tied into existing roof, new shingles and custom chimney cap since none were made in my exact size. A lot of hidden challenges arose being an old home and Travis had an answer for every one. The team even worked around and with other contractors scheduled to come in, limited room, a poorly placed dumpster (that was my fault) and not to mention the horrendous summer weather and rain! I was honestly terrified of the idea of half my house being exposed in the summer months but the house was always left in a condition that was safe from the storms and I suffered no damage throughout the process. The team came in early, stayed late, and did whatever they needed to do to get the job done the right way. I couldn't be happier with my new roof, the renovation is complete and the family is enjoying the "new" home!
