When I did I was told they will not service my house yet the website clearly states it they also service a town 15miles farther away. I was treated rudely they ask me to call back only to have the lady in the office to call me names and verbally attack me on the phone and hang up! All I wanted was to spend $15k on a central air unit but they would rather harass people on the phone! I do not recommend these people. If they treat people this bad over simply asking for a quote I hate to see how they treat customers that ask for service.

At 12:30 I call very patiently and am told oh they had a big repair at a local business, they have one customer ahead of you when they leave that job. I say ok. Call back at 3:44 today and hear the gps shows them very close to you, still no call or show at 4:30. We have had this company since purchasing our home 12 years ago. They are fired, and I will have to find another company that will be reliable to use.

This was our first time using Progressive and we were impressed by their service. Our hot water…read moreheater went out Saturday, so we had to find emergency service to replace. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and empathetic and said technician would be able to come out in a few hours. Mike was our technician and Anthony, and they called on their way and showed up on time. The hot water heater had to be replaced and the piping done and had to be brought up to new County codes. Mike did such a good job, making sure that everything was done correctly. It looks so much better than the previous tank we had because the pipes are wrapped and it's centered. It looks good. You know its a good job when you can say a water heater looks good! LOL Both Mike and Anthony were super nice, which was good because I wanted to cry because this was the last thing we needed to deal with. We will use them again for any plumbing or HVAC, as I feel this company will give you an honest opinion on what needs to be done and not just for the money. Thank you!!!!

He came out examined everything and explained to me how everything worked and what was wrong. He could have taken advantage of the fact that I knew nothing and made up something to overcharge me, but he didn't. He made a diagnosis that would have cost me 3x as much, but went ahead to examine further to make sure to save me the cost, and stuck around to make sure the problem was 100% resolved They were super helpful, and when I asked about thermostat I wanted to install myself (and save me the cost of having someone do that), he told me to FaceTime him to guide me through, should I have any questions. Will definitely recommend these guys.

I was referred to them by a friend of mine that they had done some recent AC work for. Mike and…read morehis team were able to come take a look my AC unit and work on it within a few days. Turns out the AC unit needed to be replaced and he was upfront with me about my options and cost and was ultimately able to work on replacing the whole unit the following weekend (on a Saturday at that!). I had a couple of questions and minor issues after the install and Mike and his team (Kurt-- thanks again!) followed up immediately and came back out and took care of it. So all in all, it was great service at a a reasonable price and I would use them again for any future work I have and would most certainly recommend them to anyone who needed AC work done.

Their availability was good and so I scheduled. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He diagnosed the problem and provided the repair and approximate cost (I needed more freon, so the price was set per pound, but there is no way to tell how much I needed). I thought the pricing was fair and the only issue was that the technician thought the service we needed to be added on top of the repair fee. I was told in messaging, which I had to show him, that if a repair was done, the service fee was credited toward the repair. He had to call the office and this took some time, but eventually it was straightened out and our A/C was back to normal!

I really can't figure out why the other review is so poor. You can't review a company with one stars if you don't like the price. That really isn't a fair review.
