I constantly felt like I was treated as as means of business/money and not as a learner/student. They assume the worst of you and put in so many controls and disciplinary constraints, which serves no educational purposes but all geared towards making sure you pay (which I sure did, funny enough). I have attended countless language schools all around the country (including Alliance Francaise, ESL classes, Global Language Network, etc.) and never had this weirdness. Their business model is based on exploiting the tutors and the students in the middle. Run away. There are lots of excellent private tutors out there that actually care about you learning the language.

Often times in the summer there are no seats for parents to sit and wait for their kids and you have to wait in line for a dressing room or restroom after their lesson because they only have very few. This becomes a major issue in the winter because your child is soaking wet and cold while waiting. There are always scheduling issues when you need to reschedule a lesson because it appears that the employees don't really know their computer system. Unless you talk to a manager, they will likely not schedule things right for you and then it's a big mess for you to correct because they don't allow you to reschedule a rescheduled lesson, even though they accidentally scheduled it wrong. Last week they cancelled a lesson due to an incident that required that they empty, disinfect and fill the pool back up and they didn't even think to email or call parents. We showed up for nothing that day. I would have given them 1 star as a facility but the instructors are very good with kids so they get 2 stars for that.

When I moved to RGV I was so happy to find out that there's an aerial arts studio here! I signed up right away and haven't looked back since! They have multiple classes for all levels. The main instructors, Karla and Jess are patient and friendly. Their teaching style is great! Classes are $25 each but you can sign up for different packets to make the classes cheaper. Class times vary but most are in the afternoon. Some classes also available on the weekends. If you've ever seen a cirque du soleil show and wanted to give it a try yourself, I recommend you sign up for a class. The students are also very friendly and encouraging.
