Dishonest communication and predatory policy that goes squarely against common sense consumer and employee protection. Just take a look at the policy that you'll have to sign as you walk in - you know when a service provider is so focused on making your exit very difficult or never, ever giving you a refund or making sure they are controlling all your communication, something about the quality of service or management is off. I constantly felt like I was treated as as means of business/money and not as a learner/student. They assume the worst of you and put in so many controls and disciplinary constraints, which serves no educational purposes but all geared towards making sure you pay (which I sure did, funny enough). I have attended countless language schools all around the country (including Alliance Francaise, ESL classes, Global Language Network, etc.) and never had this weirdness. Their business model is based on exploiting the tutors and the students in the middle. Run away. I Tried Language Success about 3 months ago and their customer service needs help.As for the teachers/tutors their great. I paid my fee up front for 6 months and they were trying to get rid of me ever since.Since they had so much students and not enough teachers they pushed me out since i already paid them.How did they push me out? Well, i would show up 2 min. late and they would tell me "too bad, you shouldv'e been here on time". Im sorry but when i pay you almost $1000 dollars, i think im entiltled to be 2 min. late. I had about 25 one hour sessions and each time i was 2 min. late they would count that as a hour and send me home. Im a single father and i had alot to do at the time so i just think that was unneccesary and very RUDE. read more

This is the worst place to learn a language. I was very disappointed with the leadership who say curse words to the employees. They also are rude and have poor communication with the clients. The teachers are not certified and they receive no training. read more
