Although conveniently located on the ramp the desk people are less than friendly. It's not like…read morethey are mean, it's just that they don't smile and don't seem to care about you at all. I made the mistake of saying hi to a Mexican gentleman with mirrored glasses behind the counter and he looked at me as if I had just pooped on his lawn. To be fair the guys working the ramp were nice and I had no problems with fueling or getting a hangar at a reasonable price. I guess I'm used to the bigger FBO's where the desk people are models of customer service.

Their customer service is one I've never experienced and I mean that in the best possible way…read more Staff called and texted me back to notify me of possible class dates, times, and pricings. The class overall was straight forward and well presented. I've done the defensive driving courses online for ticket dismissal and had a horrible experience. If I ever get another traffic violation that allow me to dismiss through a defensive driving course I will be returning to this location!
