Although conveniently located on the ramp the desk people are less than friendly. It's not like they are mean, it's just that they don't smile and don't seem to care about you at all. I made the mistake of saying hi to a Mexican gentleman with mirrored glasses behind the counter and he looked at me as if I had just pooped on his lawn. To be fair the guys working the ramp were nice and I had no problems with fueling or getting a hangar at a reasonable price. I guess I'm used to the bigger FBO's where the desk people are models of customer service. read more
