I've been sitting in the parking lot with only three cars ahead of me, and somehow each vehicle is taking 15-30 minutes. There are three employees working, yet the pace feels incredibly slow. At this point, I genuinely have to ask -- are you rebuilding engines or just doing an oil change? Because this definitely isn't the quick, convenient service that's being promoted. If customers are going to wait this long, expectations need to be set honestly instead of advertising speed that clearly isn't happening. People come here specifically for efficiency, and today that was completely missed.

They did their free visual brake check advising my brakes still had 3-4 years life to my brakes. They could have easily said I needed get them replaced asap citing with Sears, just to make a sale. The Midas service guys were honest people even showing me the actual parts to my own vehicle. They have won a new customer. I talked to Joe & Edgar here at Midas.
