Was extremely rude when I called and I told him my problem of drains backing up in my basement and was wondering if someone could come take a look. The response, a very irritated: "I don't clear drains. keep searching for someone that clears drains." I don't know dude, I'm not a plumber, I have no idea what specialist is needed, I was just trying to respond to your aggressive advertising. I've got three bathrooms that need to be completely remodeled, guess who's not doing them... read more

Great guys. First two calls they gave me lots of things to try to try and help me save money from a visit. When that didn't work they were there next day and fixed the pressure and also the downstairs shower valve. Now everyone is happy and everything works great. read more

Dan and Rick came out within and hour of calling and replaced our leaking water heater. Super friendly, quick service, communicate before, during, and after the job! Top notch and reliable plumber. I will be calling them again when in need. Thank you gentlemen for fixing our water heater AND taking our old one awayZ. read more

I'm so impressed! I had what felt like an emergency (leaking water tends to have that effect), but after a quick call with RG I was already on my way to getting the problem solved. Over the phone he helped me diagnose the issue and begin fixing it. No more leaks. A far cry from the competition that simply scheduled an appointment for the next day. The most helpful plumbing call I've ever made. Highly recommended. read more

Our family has been working with RG plumbing for several years now, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a highly qualified plumbing service. Most recently we had a toilet that was causing us a lot of grief. We called up RG, and got an appointment within a couple of days. This time, Rick himself did the job, however everyone on the team is competent and trustworthy. As per usual, Rick was punctual, efficient, and professional. Additionally, the pricing is incredibly fair. Put your mind at ease; when a plumbing problem arises, call Rick Gord. read more

Rick was awesome! We've had some challenges with water pressure in our new home and when I reached out, Rick was super responsive and proactive in scheduling. He tried to help me on the phone first to save the cost of a visit and when that troubleshooting didn't work, he communicated expectations well, showed up on time, masked and rapidly assessed and solved my problem. I couldn't be happier and would absolutely recommend him to anyone. read more

RG Plumbing is awesome! Our toilet was leaking into the basement and we had gotten quotes that were really intimidating to get it fixed. RG responded to me Saturday, had their guys out Monday morning, and the toilet fixed by 11 am at a really decent price. I will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs. read more

When we need plumbing services this company is the one to whom we go. Why you ask? They communicate; they are prompt; they are full of integrity; they charge fairly; and they are trustworthy. There simply is NO reason to call others. In fact they did a disposal service for us yesterday 11-4-19!! Thanks, RIck. Call them, you will be glad you did! read more

I had a go at fixing my own bathtub when it leaked because my experience with plumbers has never been great. They always seem to overcharge and not do a particularly good job, especially on small jobs. When I realized I was not going to be able to do the job myself, I had to find a plumber anyway. With R G Plumbing though I was pleasantly surprised. Dan came out when he said he would, he had to get Rick out with some spare parts but still got the whole job done within a couple of hours. They were both helpful and friendly and showed me what the problem was. When I got the bill I was pleasantly surprised, for once I seemed to have found a plumber that was not out to milk the call. These guys are so much better than the larger "sales-ey" companies. One up for small local businesses! read more

Amazing service! I can't recommend RG Plumbing more highly! Our water heater developed a leak and RG Plumbing was able to come the next morning to replace it. They were very responsive and happy to help. I called at least a half dozen local plumbers for quotes and RG Plumbing's price was the most competitive of the bunch. We had such a great experience, we had them come back the very next day to do some additional plumbing work around the house that needed to be done. read more

RG Plumbing was fantastic! Start to finish, they were one of the best subcontractors on the construction of our new home!!! Trustworthy and helpful every step of the way! We highly recommend them!! John and Celeste Wilson read more

I had a great experience with RG Plumbing. Called in the afternoon and got a quick return call to schedule a kitchen faucet installation. Dan came the next day and got the job done quick and efficiently. Dan is a nice guy and very professional. I felt their pricing was fair. I recommend you call RG if you have plumbing needs. read more

RG plumbing was great to work with. The owner arrived quickly and early to provide quote for plumbing issues. He gave us feedback on some of our questions and concern. Once we decided to go with the company the were able to fix everything a day before the original plan and was charged only what was quoted. They were very professional, efficient, easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to call them for any of my plumbing concerns. read more

Dan was great! He showed up on time and fixed the leak in record time. He charged exactly what he quoted. His price was fair and he was pleasant to work with. I will keep Dan's number in my phone and call him anytime I have a plumbing issue. Thank you for answering my phone call the moment I called and for coming out exactly when you said you would. I love a good company with integrity. read more

Rick and his team did an amazing job installing our water softener system. We had forgot to do the rough install for the water softer during the building process, and Rick was able to fix it and install the new system quickly. Doesn't hurt that his pricing was much better than others we had talked with. I'd highly recommend him for any needs, I will definitely be calling him to do the plumbing when we finish our basement. read more

Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I had a leak in my sink and thought I might need a new garbage disposal, but they tightened it up and tested it, and said I didn't need a new one, which saved me a lot of money. I would definitely use them again! read more

Rick and his crew did an excellent job! They installed a gas line for us for our new gas oven. They even inspected our hot water heaters and fireplace insert just to make sure everything was functioning optimally. They did that as an added service at no charge. AND they came in under budget! We are very happy with them and would highly recommend them. read more

Needed a new water heater. They did a great job and were professional. However, a lot of water was accidentally turned on with an open pipe and the floor was covered. Wasn't an issue they had water leak but they left puddles in the corners after they left and said to watch it to see if it dries on it's own. As a home owner I hate water sitting up against my baseboards and furnace. Wished they did a better job cleaning up. Would recommend to friends and family. Knowledgeable and kind. read more

My upstairs bathroom had a leak that went through the basement bathroom and we found a leak in our storage room that was causing mold. I spoke with, Rick, the owner to get an estimate. He advised me to contact my home insurance first. I didn't even think to do that so I was so grateful for his advice. Dan came out and fixed the pipe that broke in my storage room and the leak in the bathroom. He even answered my follow up questions about my sink. They were great to work with and we are so glad our house is back in order! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and efficient plumbing services! read more

Reliable, fair, and quality plumbers. Rick and Dan give you a fair price, show up when they say they will, and work fast. Their work quality is excellent and they pay attention to details around clean-up. I had a number of projects in a new home (water conditioner installation, garage sink, drain line installation, new shower head, new kitchen faucet, and piping clean up). They completed all of these items in a single day. I had some challenges with my radiant heating system that same night, and both of them came back to my house at 9:00 pm and stayed for 90 minutes until they found and fixed the problem! Great service; will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs (even though they are both Ute fans ). read more

Rick picked up right away when I called regarding a leak in my kitchen faucet hose. He explained in detail what my options were, as well as the pros and cons of each, and stayed in touch with me throughout the day while I made a decision. Despite the company's full schedule, he was able to send Jaren over that same day. Jaren called when he was on his way (something I really appreciate) and did a great job with the new faucet installation. I felt that with both Rick and Jaren I was working with knowledgeable and trustworthy people who truly want to provide good service. read more

Rick was so great! On a Friday morning at 7:30 am we woke up to no hot water! Upon further investigation, we discovered our water heater bubbling water out the vent...not good! I was a little nervous about wether or not we could get someone to help us by the time the had to leave town by 2:30. Because we recently moved into the area we don't know anyone. Time to use yelp....and by 7:45 I had Rick on he phone and by 8:20 he was at our house looking at the water heater... He was so informative and I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything. By 11:30am he and Dan were done! Talk about slick! So happy with the customer service and help. They were awesome! I would highly recommend them! Thanks guys! read more

Excellent service and a wealth of knowledge. We had some issues with some leakage and our shower and Rick fit us in very quickly.

I had called American home shield and they sent or G plumbing and rooter out to replace a hot water heater for me. After they told me that I needed a permit to change out a hot water heater, the additional charges that they were going to charge me were nearly $2000 which is about a $1000 higher than any other plumber of ever come across. These people are criminal and I would absolutely run as far the other way as possible read more

We needed a new water heater so I called R G Plumbing. They came out the next day, and replaced the old one. They would have come out the same day I called, but I was too busy. They came on time, and were done in about an hour and a quarter. The cost was the same as the estimate. This was the first time I used them, and I will use them again when plumbing is needed. read more

I had an unexpected day off, but a long overdue leaky toilet that needed to be assessed. Saw previous positive reviews and decided to call. Dan arrived within the hour ( as expected) and was able to solve the mystery and provide a fix at a reasonable rate. Very pleased overall, and will call again should the need ever arise read more

R&G plumbing did an excellent job replacing a leaky water valve in the shower. They also moved a water line to accommodate a new vanity and set a new toilet. Fair and honest pricing. Very friendly and easy to deal with. These guys are my go to for any plumbing issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

Called this morning and had a new water heater within a couple hours!! Paid exactly what we thought it would cost, very fair and professional. I would definitely recommend Dave and Rick for your water heater needs. read more

I have used RG Plumbing for several projects over the years. Projects included replacing a water heater, putting in new Kitchen sink, installing new toilet fixtures and repairing a few general leaks. They do superior work and are extremely honest and upfront on their reasonable pricing. A major factor, to me, on what sets them above the competition is that they are timely and see the job through without delays or excuses. You can count on them. I will go to no one else. read more

RG Plumbing is the best company to work with. They have been my plumbers for the past 15+ years. They are trustworthy. I have worked with other plumbers and they tried to upsell me constantly, telling me I needed items fixed/replaced that were just fine. Rick and Dan have never done this. They tell me what is needed and why, giving all the options available upfront. No changing prices, no changing things needed, and always installing the best option available. (they don't install junk products) Not only do they do great work, are great to work with. I purchased a water softner and decided I didn't like it, 1 year later. They came and replaced it with another softner, found someone to buy my old one and charged me the difference between the 2. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs! read more

Rick came to our place to give us an estimate for plumbing work that came out of our home inspection. He was really straightforward about the pros and cons of different options. It was clear to us that he was not trying to "up-sell" for things that others had mentioned. Importantly, he told us about work that was probably not necessary, and was very clear on the reasons why. This saved us a lot of money. I would definitely use RG Plumbing in the future. We felt that they were the most trustworthy of everyone we contacted. Always need that in a plumber! read more

Rick is great. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. When I first called him, I didn't even know what was wrong, I just knew I wasn't getting any hot water. He was really nice at explaining what might've broken, what my options were, and was very consistent with what he said and did, even though it almost took me two weeks to say ok let's do this. Not once did I hear a comment like "oh, looks like you gotta replace it! That'll be $1000." Including repairs and parts, the new heater, and service calls, I doubt I paid over $800. I had my water heater break, and his cost to replace it was half of what Whipple quoted me at, and almost 1/4 of Home Depot (who both, by the way, made a point to tell me how stupid I was for having the brand and size of heater, plus lack of knowledge about the subject). He actually tried multiple things to fix it before I was the one that threw up my hands and said oh just replace it. Not once did I hear a "oh looks like you need a new one" or "well it would be easier if you just replaced it." PLUS he's not this huge company, so you know from the start who will be coming to your house. Also great on time. Consistently gave me within 15 minutes of specific arrival time. Great plumber!!! read more
