Many of these reviews aren't even legible or written in proper English. I can barely comprehend them, let alone validate any of them. I can assure you if you're serious about infertility care, those reviews do not accurately represent FCNE. I'm in a virtual support group with over 5,000 women who are actually going through IVF and who have had IVF and other services performed at FCNE, and I can say from personal experience that 99% of those women would tell you they've had incredible support and experiences at FCNE with Dr. Hill and Dr. Plante, in particular, but also with the rest of the staff. Also, they've all had positive outcomes! This includes women who have had prior miscarriages, failed IUI and IVF rounds, PCOS, Endometriosis, Male Factor infertility, and many other infertility issues. We began working with FCNE and Dr. Hills team in December. We have had nothing but a supportive and wonderful experience. We had proper testing and evaluation done through IVF, followed by a detailed and precisely guided IVF round which resulted in a successful egg retrieval that provided us with 37 eggs and 11 frozen embryos (blastocyst). Those results are what IVF dreams are made of and we would not have achieved those results if it wasn't for the renown expertise of FCNE and Dr. Hills team. They even went as far as monitoring me so closely throughout the process that I was able to avoid OHSS entirely and only encountered minimal discomfort and pain. This team takes amazing care of its patients and they are available all day and into the evening via their portal and via phone to comfort their patients and make sure everything is going exactly as necessary. They do EVERYTHING necessary to keep their patients safe and monitor them at every turn. We are now awaiting our frozen embryo transfer, which was elected by FCNE in an effort to give my body the rest and care it needed after our egg retrieval and ensure the safest, healthiest, most successful transfer and pregnancy for us. I cannot say enough positive things about FCNE. We had a very successful and well supported ICSI IVF cycle and one of the things they're the BEST at is working with your health insurance company and the pharmacies (InGenio, Villge Pharmacy, etc) to ensure you are covered PRIOR to beginning any services with you as a client. They're highly experienced at dealing with many different insurance companies and they know how to interact with insurance companies that can be more challenging when it comes to IVF and FET approvals. PLEASE do not pay attention to negative reviews from people who likely didn't understand the process and had unrealistic expectations. You will find that almost ANY fertility doctor while kind and empathetic, are very "matter of fact" and you'll find that anywhere. I highly recommend FCNE and Dr. Hill. They are the BEST in the area and are competitively priced for IVF services. I've heard nightmare stories regarding CCRM, MGH, and Boston IVF. As a patient, you'd be lucky to have the care and medical expertise of FCNE. BEST IN CLASS. 100%.

My husband and I were diagnosed with unexplained infertility, and had been trying naturally for 3.5 years. Ok, so it's too early for me to comment (or rate) on whether Fertility Solutions has gotten me…read morepregnant...but while I'm on a string of phlebotomy reviews, allow me to SING SONGS OF ECSTATIC PRAISE for the Fertility Solutions blood draw team (esp Jaime, at Woburn, who is a g_ddamn rockstar when it comes to venipuncture). For the 99.9% of you who haven't read my other reviews, I *reeeeeally* can't handle venipuncture. The thing about fertility treatment, though, is that once you start messing around with medications, there's more phlebotomy than you can shake even a dozen butterfly needles at. It's a close call, but I *DO* want my existing child to have a sibling more than I want to avoid blood draws forever, so into the breach I have gone. And you know what? The phlebotomists here have been *so good.* Quick, kind, gentle, understanding, & in two months' time I haven't been butchered once. (A special shout-out to Stephanie at the Dedham location, too, for being the first person to draw my blood after that Quest New Brighton debacle--& she did a beautiful, painless job! I'm not a difficult draw for people who know what they're doing.) So on the (extreme) off-chance it's your aversion to phlebotomy that holding you back from seeking fertility treatment...fear not. You're safe here.
