From the very first meeting, my husband and I had no doubt at all, we would be utilising the expertise of Mr Young and his team...and a date was agreed. The tradesman arrived promptly, explained exactly what he was going to do, and to say his work was outstanding wouldn't be doing him justice...his work is SUPERB!! He was so precise, both with the job itself, and the clean up afterwards. We have an awful lot of work left to do in our home, but, we won't be looking for any other company, we will be consulting Mr Young for all other projects we plan on undertaking. Having to ask over and over again to have them respect the neighbours business space was a surprise in itself, but to be met with what can only be described as a 'boys club' aggression, that was the line crossed. I've had to involve police to the matter. It is never acceptable to use violence or threats of. Its companies using methods like this that drop the standards for others. Next day arrived but they didn't turn up. No explanation or contact from them. When we contacted them to enquire they said they would definitely come early the next day as had a flat tyre on their van. Next day they still didn't turn up, still no contact. When we enquired again they said they were still trying to get their tyre sorted but should be here later that day. End of the day no show. No contact from them for update. Called them once more to be told they had misquoted (under priced) by quite a bit so we said we were no longer interested. We stated clearly on day of quote what we were looking for and price agreed. No amendment made so price should not have changed. Obviously don't know their business or how to treat customers professionally. Not recommended.

Worse still they were into aggressive denial about it. I can quite see why they are not a Midlothian trusted trader.
