Next day arrived but they didn't turn up. No explanation or contact from them. When we contacted them to enquire they said they would definitely come early the next day as had a flat tyre on their van. Next day they still didn't turn up, still no contact. When we enquired again they said they were still trying to get their tyre sorted but should be here later that day. End of the day no show. No contact from them for update. Called them once more to be told they had misquoted (under priced) by quite a bit so we said we were no longer interested. We stated clearly on day of quote what we were looking for and price agreed. No amendment made so price should not have changed. Obviously don't know their business or how to treat customers professionally. Not recommended.

Worse still they were into aggressive denial about it. I can quite see why they are not a Midlothian trusted trader. Use them by all means for perfectly ordinary roof repairs, but perhaps think twice if there is any complexity to the job.
