I think there is an imperative here to remember that this company is trying to sell a service, so when we were told that we had wood worm I took a closer look myself, did some research and further investigation and discovered that we actually didn't have any at all. Having largely dismantled and reassembled my house I'm almost absolutely certain that there is NO SIGN OF WOODWORM anywhere. So was someone trying to skin me for several hundred pounds?
