Stay away from this company. Gregory came to my home for an estimate. I told him I wanted a one…read moretime deep clean (he advertises that). I told him to focus on the bathrooms, but we agreed to cleaning ceiling fans, mopping floors, cleaning baseboards, dusting blinds, cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. He said no problem, and he'd send his "best cleaners". When he showed up an hour late alone, I had a bad feeling. He complained about his "employees" being late. When they finally showed up, he introduced himself to one of them, and started to show her his cleaning techniques. ??????? This folks is his idea of "best employees". I left to let them clean. My big mistake was paying him $180. The estimate was $175, but I didn't have change. He wanted cash because his employees liked to be paid in cash. Right. After 3 hours, he texted me to tell me he was done. When I got home he was already gone.....He didn't stick around to make sure I was happy with the job. My house was filthy. The blinds hadn't been cleaned, the fans dirty. My floors weren't mopped....none of the furniture was dusted (even though he kept saying he was going to do a complete dust down...whatever that is.). My Master bedroom hadn't been touched. The master bathtub had dirt in it. The mirror was streaked. My tv stand had dried ice cream on it from the day before. There were coffee grounds under the coffee maker. The stove had dried food on it from the day before. My rugs were dirty. They did vacuum. There was still mold in my shower. My laundry room wasn't touched. And the skylight in my bathroom had cobwebs in it even though I was specific about getting them down. So, I called him, but he claimed he couldn't hear me, so I hung up and texted him. I gave him a list of things that hadn't been done. He said oh I'm sorry....I did the master, but I didn't check the work....blah, blah, blah. I told him I wanted my money back....he said ok. As the night went on he told me no he wasn't going to give me all the money.....we went back and forth for a bit, and then he started getting mean......then he texted someone else, but he texted in a group message that I was included in....complaining about me.....and pasting my messages, and I was getting all of them. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!! DON'T DO IT!! He's completely unprofessional. He said he would give me some of my $180 back, but that he'd drop it on my front porch, as he didn't want to see my face again, and wanted me out of his life. We'll see if it happens.
